It's no surprise that, in a property market which has become this attractive, you will find a lot of amateur "free lancers", eager to sell any property which comes in their path. In a lot of restaurants, bars and other establishments someone will come and chat with you, trying to convince you to see this beautiful and bargain priced property. However, once they've made the deal and earned their commission, you must not expect professional and liable guidance in the legalities which will follow. In the most unfortunate case they even disappear. Be warned!
