This beauty is set out on a large plot in a quiet and residential area of Ovacik, with fantastic mountain views. On the main road (at the end of the street), you can catch the public bus to Fethiye, Hisarönü and Ölüdeniz.

The foundation of villa Cemre is very solid. The floors are completely made of good quality cedar wood and are very well insulated. All windows have wooden shutters (ventilation possible).

The outdoor air conditioning units are tastefully hidden in wooden boxes (with ventilation holes). The same goes for the water tank of the solar energy system on the roof; these are put in the garden (out of sight).
