These four detached cottages are set in an idyllic location, with fabulous views over Kaya village. The owners have very exacting standards and have worked hard to create beautiful and high-quality villas which now rank among the best in Kayakoy.

The villas are located around the generously sized pool and large terrace, with guests naturally having their own private space both around the pool and their own gardens. In addition, there is a bar at the edge of the terrace, which provides another spot in which to sit back and enjoy the stunning views.

Kaya Cottages are an ideal choice for those who enjoy walking, painting  and photography as the views and landscape along with the generous warmth of the locals will leave you wanting to return again and again.

Nestling amongst the fruit orchard the charming bar & restaurant serves traditional local dishes and wines while offering you the chance to chat with your hosts about your daily travels.  Special evenings are also hosted.
