This 1 bedroom apartment is located in a neat residential area between Fethiye and Calis. The main road to Fethiye town centre and Calis beach is only 150m away.

Just like "Lale" and "Pamuk" this apartment is part of a small scale complex with 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is approximately 25 m2 and has a separate shallow part for children. Guests can also use the facilities (larger pool) of the neighbouring hotel Kilim.

"Kim" has the following appliances: fridge, cooker, washing machine, kettle, tv with satellite dish and aircon. The bathroom is equipped with an electric boiler (always hot water available!).

The large terrace, where you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun, overviews the well maintained garden and surrounding mountains.

The accommodation sleeps up to 3 people (1 double bed and 1 bed settee in the living).

There are sufficient bed and bath linens. Guests need to bring their own beach towels.
