These semi detached holiday homes are part of the Fethiye Yapi Coöperative. The construction of this estate was started in 1996. The estate has a quiet and preferable location on walking distance to the main road to Calis beach and Fethiye. It has a well maintained garden and a large communal swimming pool (the childrens pool is separate). In this neighbourhood you will find a mixture of nationalities who have settled in.

Only a few of these houses are for sale. Some of them are completely refurbished and in good condition, others need small replaster and paint work. You can choose from houses directly fronting the pool or more quietly located ones.
