Chevalier Island (Sovalye Adasi) is located in the inner bay of Fethiye. It is one of the most special places to live due to it's quitness and uniqueness. Flowers decorate the island in spring and one can see the sun rise and down in every season of the year. In the summer season (local) tourists visit the beach on the north side of the island.

The island can be reached only by boat (5 to 10 minutes). Puplic transport to the island is organised by taxi boats in the harbour of Fethiye. In the summer season they go very frequently for a small fee.

There are very few houses for sale on this island. Most of the current inhabitants inherited their houses from their (grand) parents and are very proud to have a property on this beautiful island with stunning mountain and sea view.

This house is located directly at the sea front and has it's own private pier with stairs leading into the sea. The property can also be reached from the 2 public piers of the island.

The living area is ± 130 m2 (balconies and terraces not included). The house is built on a plot of 504 m2. The entrance at the backside of the house opens up to a large garden with lemon trees.

The living and bedroom on the first floor open up to a large terrace with magnificent sea view. The guest rooms also have a terrace with the same splendid view.

The kitchen floors and guest rooms are tiled with ceramics. The bedrooms, hall and living room on the first floor have wooden floors. The floors of the terraces are travertine marble. All rooms have PVC windows with mosquito nets.
