This beautiful (holiday) house has been recently refurbished. It is part of the "Saglik" estate and is located in the quiet Koca Çalis area, which is partly in development. In this neighbourhood you will find a mixture of nationalities who have settled in. The estate has a well maintained large communal swimming pool and garden.

The Koca Calis beach and main road to Fethiye are within 10 minutes walking distance. The estate is located close to a protected bird area: a beautiful scenery with green hills. Behind these hills you will find the sea.
