This apartment building is located in the quiet residential area Babatasi, within walking distance to the new promenade and the inner bay of Fethiye. The main road to town centre and Calis beach is only 100m away. In this area Turkish families live together with Dutch, Belgian and English people.
The apartments are built on a plot of 1280m2. Due to its design the building looks more like a villa rather than an ordinary apartment building.
